DELIVERY TERMS FOR JOMA SPORTS PRODUCTS

Orders confirmed by 5:00 PM are delivered on the same day.
Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM are delivered on the next business day.

The delivery service is paid, and the fee is paid directly to the courier.

Delivery to regions is provided via Azərpoçt (EMS Azerexpresspost).

After the order is confirmed, our sales representatives will contact the customer to provide delivery details.

A sales receipt is provided to the customer upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Purchased products can be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days.

Returns and exchanges are carried out in-store upon presentation of the sales receipt.

Alternatively, at the customer’s request, returns or exchanges can be made by placing a new delivery order.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
